Eligibility is established on the first day of assignment. Continued benefits are based on fulfilling your assignment commitment and eligibility factors. Enrollment takes about two weeks after submission of a completed application.

Continuing Education

We offer assistance for certification programs and renewal of licenses. Continuing education credits are offered to First Call staff who have met eligibility factors.
